I solemnly declare and affirm as under–


I have read and understood the terms and conditions for the appointment of SkyWich Distributor of the Company and accept them.


I am aware that all my incentives from the company will be liable to a deduction of 5% on taxes and 5% on admin charges.


I am aware that I will receive the payout only after submitting the required KYC(scanned copy of PAN CARD, AADHAR CARD, BANK PASSBOOK,)to the official website of SKYWHICH.


Please note that the company does not charge any participation, registration, entry fees, or any cost of sales demonstration equipment and materials or other fees for becoming a direct seller of the company.


I hereby declare that I am signing this “DECLARATION” with complete understanding and with my FREE WILL, without any PRESSURE /UNDUE INFLUENCE or INDUCEMENT.


I hereby agree and adhere to the terms and conditions as given on the website of the company (www.skywich.in) and as mentioned above to purchase the product and do the distribution activities.


REFUND POLICY


Skywich is ready to give a refund to the customer if the product purchased was not used or if the seal was not broken within 7 days from the date of purchase. The refund policy is subject to the terms and conditions of Skywich Ecom Private Ltd.


MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, or remove any provision of these terms and conditions at any time.If the company changes or modifies these terms of use, the changes will be posted on the then-current version of these terms and conditions, and the date these terms and conditions were last revised will be indicated at the top of this page. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.
